Radio Wishing Well first broadcast to Trafford General Hospital (then known as Park Hospital) in 1982.

Mike Williams (left photo) first joined in 1992 till 96, and rejoined in 2005. He is The Well's Musical Services Manager.

Richard Parkinson (thumbs up) joined in 1993, and has been Station Manager for a number of years.

Amanda Jordan joined in 2000 and is RWW's secretary.
